Letter from a Lady in Western Australia, that purchased a Campervan in Victoria and named it "Kenny" She asked me to prepare it and make it reliable for the journey back across the Nullabor to her home in W.A. Greetings Tony,

Many thanks for all you information and photos supplied. Wow you have some great Kombis beautifully fitted out. I appreciate the guide you provided with regards to the various components.

It really puts things in perspective.. finances permitting without a doubt I’d say a completed refurbished Kombi would be ideal. However I was considering buying a neglected Kombi (I’m a sucker for trying to bring interesting cars back to life) and perhaps having the interior done in stages.

Either way for now I think the reality is that I must start saving much more : )

Thank you once again and no doubt I will rely on your expertise in the future as you have a very good reputation, an obvious love for VW and are conveniently close to home too.
